Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:40 on July 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn cash from the victim C at the location of the Changdong branch of Han Bank, Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, on a cash withdrawal machine; (b) stored one observer of the 2 mobile phone interviewing 950,000 won at the market price in the Defendant’s inner machine, and stolen it.
