Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The slaughter and treatment of livestock, collection of milk, and processing, packaging and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at a place of work permitted.

On April 18, 2012, at around 11:50, the Defendant: (a) requested C to slaughter 1 marith from “D farm” of the operation of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (Seoul) and instigated C by having C perform the following slaughter.

C, at the same time, the said “D farm” did not obtain a slaughter permit, and slaughtered 1 fluore of black salt.
