1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with telephone financial fraud assistance officers whose name is unknown, the head of the F Office intended to acquire money by deceiving the victims under the name of the cost of issuing the surety insurance policy, stamp, etc. as if he/she would misrepresent himself/herself with the telephone financial fraud assistance officers, and cause the victims to borrow money.

Accordingly, the head of F office included the Defendant, and the Defendant, upon the direction of the F office chief, conspired with the F office chief in order to collect cash cards from non-offenders and withdraw the money transferred to the account connected to the said cash card and deliver it to the F office chief or transfer it to the account designated by the F office chief.

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall issue a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or take over any electronic card or a password necessary to use such card in order to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction;

Nevertheless, around 13:05 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant received the cash cards in Chapter 21 through 21 times from August 2013, 2013, as indicated in Table 1, in accordance with the aforementioned shared roles in H, the Defendant received each of the passbook and cash cards to the post office accounts (J) in the name of the non-offenders, according to the roles shared as above.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the means of access used in electronic financial transactions in collusion with the head of F office, etc.

2. On September 26, 2013, an infinite accomplice is an employee who is in charge of the loan of the agricultural cooperative, i.e., the victim K by telephone at an infinite location at around 11:50 on September 26, 2013, with 3% interest.

A person shall pay a loan to the account designated by us because of low credit rating, or to make a repayment immediately by another company on the same day after obtaining a loan from the Financial Services Commission, and after receiving a loan from another company.
