1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and the counterclaim by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.
Reasons
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justified according to the evidence submitted in the court of
Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is by the text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed both the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim, is justifiable. Thus, all appeals against the principal lawsuit among the judgment of the court of first instance and appeals against the counterclaim among the judgment of the defendant's first instance are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
