1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger other persons or drive any motor vehicle repeatedly by committing two or more acts, such as violation of signal or instruction, median line, violation of prohibition of change of course, or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act.

On February 15, 2016, at around 05:55, the Defendant, while driving a livestock products sanitary inspection vehicle B in front of the Livestock Products Sanitary Inspection Station located in the Geumdong-gu, Busan, with a view to refusing to comply with the crackdown on drinking driving performed at the above location and attempting to flee.

Around that time, the Defendant, despite an order of suspension of police officers, changed the course from five lanes to five lanes on the front of the Hopo subway Station, from four lanes to five lanes, violated signal on the lower side of the Hopo Road, while driving along two lanes along the four-lane road near the Hopo Road, changed the course to one lane for the first one, and operated close to the D Driving Vehicle of the Busan Northern Police Station that belongs to the Busan Northern Coast Guard, while changing the course from the first lane to the three-lane.

The Defendant violated the signal signals in front of the additional village and unloaded to the additional village digging bridge, going through from the 3-lane to the Busan, changed the course from the 3-lane to the 1-lane, and operated the bridge to the bridge between the 2-lane and the 3-lane to the bridge while driving along the bridge.

The defendant continued to violate the signal signals from the Sinpo-distance and proceed to the left turn, and continue to go to the Yangsan, and the above patrol vehicle returned the vehicle's driver's vehicle to the front of the Sinpo-dong, the driver's vehicle to the front of the Sinpo-dong, the driver's vehicle to the front of the E convenience point, the driver's vehicle to the front of the street, the driver's vehicle to the front of the road, and the driver's vehicle to the 109-dong underground parking lot for the Sinsan-si, the E convenience point, and the vehicle to the escape.

Accordingly, the defendant is driving the above vehicle.
