The punishment of the accused shall be determined by one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, who is a juvenile, by following the said victim who is going up before the breakwater stairs of the breakwater, going up along with the said victim; (b) kising the breakwater from the width shelter for the Saemangeum Seaheading 2, which is located in Si of Si of Gun, along with the breakwater B (the age of 13) and returning back to the breakwater; and (c) kising the said victim into the titts on the part of the victim; and (d) kis, kis by inserting the finger into the titts on the part of the victim; and (e) putting the part of the victim into the hands.

2. On December 25, 2014, around 15:00 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against a juvenile, by force, on the part of the victim, on the way that the victim’s father runs back to the house near the Saemangeum Embankment 1, which is located in the Western-gun; (b) in a car operated by the victim’s father, on his/her hand, using the victim’s bucks several times.

3. The Defendant, at around 17:00 on December 25, 2014, committed an indecent act by forcing a juvenile victim to commit an indecent act by inserting the victim’s chest by inserting the victim’s gate into the victim’s room and holding the computer on the victim’s side, and inserting the knife into the victim’s knife, inserting the knife into the knife line, and putting the knife into the pane line, and committing the Defendant’s knife on the part of the knife with the knife on the part of the knife.
