Punishment of the crime

1. On February 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 05:35, 2019, at the “D cafeteria” managed by the victim C (n, 55 years of age) located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) took a bath by stating that the Defendant would put a large voice to other customers during drinking with drinking and food orders; (c) spits the brin on the floor; and (d) spits the brin on the floor; and (e) laid down plastic spits on the bottom of the site.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force between about 15 minutes.
