Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (b) took a kind of friendly E and alcoholic beverage in the D restaurant operated by the Victim C in Kimhae-si; and (c) took a dispute, the Defendant: (a) broken an empty son’s disease on the restaurant wall, which was placed on the table of the container, with a sound called “Wek wro wro sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp

2. From around 19:30 on May 10, 2013 to 19:50 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s general restaurant business by force by forcing customers who had boomed 15 at the same place, and entered the same place, such as making sound as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and breaking a fright at the D restaurant as described in the foregoing paragraph (1). In short, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s general restaurant business by force.

3. At around 19:55 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant committed an act of disturbance from G, a police officer belonging to the F District of the Kimbu Police Station, who was called out after receiving a report of disturbance as stated in the above paragraph (1) at the places indicated in the above paragraph (1), and served at the 101 guard group, such as “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am son, and I am am. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers.
