A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a game room with no trade name on the third floor of the petition-gu B building in the Cheongju-si.

From May 6, 2015 to August of the same month, the Defendant: (a) installed 40 game machine for “the right of publicity” games with the example function from which the game water management committee’s rating is different from the classification of the rating; (b) installed 40 points on the screen to provide customers with access to the game; and (c) exchanged points obtained by customers through the use of the said game product in cash.

As a result, the defendant provided game water different contents from game water classified by the game water management committee for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game water.
