나. 피고인은 2016. 3. 15. 20:00경 위 가항과 같은 아파트의 안방에서 잠을 자고 있는 피해자에게 200만 원을 달라고 요구하였고 이에 피해자가 바로 대답하지 않자, 주방에서 위험한 물건인 식칼을 들고 와 피해자의 턱 아래에 들이대면서 ‘돈을 안해 주면 넌 죽는다’는 말을 하며 발로 피해자의 엉덩이를 3회 걷어찼다.
