A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) reported the succession to the status of grain processing business to operate a Fow located in the area corresponding to the Cheongju-si E operated by the said D as the Defendant’s father D died; and (b) reported the forgery of the private document or the use of the falsified document to the effect that other family members consented thereto.

Around October 14, 2011, the Defendant: (a) required wife G to prepare a written confirmation of the succession to the status of grain processing business; (b) stated it in the verification body column as “JI”; (c) “CK equivalent to children”; (d) “child reasonable EM; and (e) “child reasonable ENO”; and (e) inserted in advance the seals of H, J, L, and N.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of confirmation of the succession to the status of the grain processing business in H, J, L, and N, a private document related to the certification of fact.

B. Around October 24, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had the wife G submit a document to the public official in charge of the distribution of honoring and distribution of the Cheongju Agricultural Policy Bureau to the Cheongju who is aware of the forgery at the Cheongju-si, U.S. 89-1 of the Cheongju-si, U.S. Cheongju-si; and (b) had the public official under its jurisdiction present the document as if it were duly
