1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants’ status and issuance of D Group’s corporate bonds, etc. 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

(1) The Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act”) is a financial investment business entity with the purpose of the investment brokerage business, etc.

3) F is an electronic short-term bond with a credit rating of KRW 1,55.2 billion from July 3, 2013 to September 4, 2013 (hereinafter “STSB”).

B) B, from July 4, 2013 to September 9, 2013, G issued STB with the credit rating of 101.1 billion won or less, respectively. 4) Meanwhile, in order to avoid the autonomous regulations of the Financial Investment Association that prohibits securities companies from offering not less than 1/2 of the company’s corporate bonds issued by affiliates, the KTB bank issued TTB bonds with the credit rating of not more than B-B (hereinafter “AB short-term bonds”) with the underlying assets of the loans, which are implemented with H stocks offered to the KTBE as collateral if it is individually necessary to specify, in order to avoid the autonomous regulations of the Financial Investment Association.

[2] The Defendant C, as the head of the D Group Strategic Planning Headquarters from April 2007 to May 201, 201, managed the business administration, financial affairs, etc. of the D Group, and Defendant C, from June 10, 2013 to December 12, 2013.
