A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a steel structure painting facility in his/her trade name Kimpo-si.

1. Any person who intends to install emission facilities of air pollutants violating the Clean Air Conservation Act shall file a report with the Minister of Environment;
