A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 5,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (mediation of commercial sex acts, etc.) is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name "E" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office Office 417, 516, and 912 and the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DD Building 407.
