1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B, among the 10,149 square meters of forest land D in the Dong-gu Daejeon District, 58, 59, 72, 73, 74, 58 of the annexed drawings.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 7, 199, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on July 6, 1999 with respect to 1/2 shares of D forest 40,326 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”).
B. On May 25, 200, the land before the instant partition was divided into 10,149 square meters for D forest land (hereinafter “instant land”), E forest land 20,094 square meters for forest land, and F forest land 10,083 square meters for forest land. On June 2, 2000, the Plaintiff became the sole owner of the instant land after being transferred the registration of co-owned share transfer on the ground of co-owned share transfer on May 26, 2000 from co-owner of the instant land before the instant partition.
C. Prior to the Plaintiff’s acquisition of the sole ownership of the instant land, Defendant B owned part of the instant land while possessing an unregistered building on the ground indicated by the annexed drawing Nos. 1, as follows, on the ground of each of the instant land.

D. Before the Plaintiff acquired the sole ownership of the instant land, Defendant C owned a unregistered building on the ground indicated by the annexed drawing Nos. 2 on each of the instant land, and occupied part of the instant land.
