A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2014, at the defendant's house located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, about 00:0, the defendant expressed that the victim D (here, 42 years of age), who was the wife, returned home to the defendant by telephone, was able to take a bath to the defendant, and expressed the victim's desire to "crop" to "crop" on his hand, and then left the victim with his hand at one time, followed the victim's left-hand boom, and put the victim into an inspection of the right part, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment for the victim.

On the back of the police vehicle, the Defendant continued to assault the driver seat who was seated by H while taking a bath against I from the back of the police vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports and arrest of flagrant offenders.
