A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 22:40 on the second floor of the building in the 2nd floor in the east-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Da (47 years old); (b) while drinking alcohol together with the singingtos, the Defendant used the singtos with the victim on the ground that the victim sing to sit the singtos in the side of the victim; (c) sing to the singtos on the table; and (d) sing to the victim during the process, the sing tosing to the face of the victim, wherein the sing tosing tos the face of the singtos, caused the victim to suffer from the injury that 5 cm away from the snow under the singtos of the treatment days.
