Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing 80,000 won in advance of the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in the middle of 23:00 on April 2014, with knowledge of the fact that a mobile phone, which was stolen by E, is stolen in the light of the market price that is not owned by the victim’s name.

2. The Defendant, on April 22, 2014, purchased stolen goods at KRW 30,000,000, even though he/she was aware that the Defendant was a stolen cell phone of KRW 10,70,000,000, from April 22, 2014 to 16:00.

3. Crimes committed on April 2014.

A. On April 16, 2014, from around 16:00 to around 19:00, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at KRW 1.20,000 with knowledge that the market price of the victim M, which was stolen by K and L, jointly with K, was 300,000 won.

B. On April 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods at KRW 2.80,000,000, even though he/she was aware that the Defendant was a stolen cell phone of KRW 700,000,00,000, in front of the “J convenience store” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

4. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased 60,000 won for the purchase of stolen goods from O to 60,00 won for the victim’s name-unowned market price, even though he/she was aware that a mobile phone was a mobile phone; and (b) acquired stolen goods from O in front of the “J convenience point” set forth in paragraph (3) at around May 17:0 between the lower order of April 2014 and the first order of May 2014.
