1. The Defendant’s research and development projects for three years (from February 24, 2015 to February 23, 2018) against the Plaintiff on March 3, 2015.

1. Details of the disposition;

(a) The Plaintiff is a professor of the new materials engineering and professor of the B University: The name of the project (type of creative human resources development) and the name of the project team: Semiconductor materials research team and the total project period: from September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2020; project cost: 21,800,000 (annual) project cost: (a) the name of the research and development project “the head of the project team (the team) who is a party to the instant C project: The name of the core individual research and development project: 9,00,000 won for each year of research and development costs, the total research and development period from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2015, and the Defendant is a person in charge of research and development under the Convention on Research and Development (hereinafter “the Research and Development”).

B. On July 2014, the Plaintiff reported that the research scholarship was wrongfully executed by a graduate school student in relation to the national research and development project, and the Defendant and B University started an investigation by organizing a fact-finding committee to ascertain the truth. On August 21, 2014, the Fact-finding committee directly conducted an investigation into the account of the informant in relation to the amount executed with the research scholarship. On August 21, 2014, the fact-finding committee acknowledged that the total amount of the amount which cannot be verified is KRW 1,730,00, and that this portion is an unrecognized “execution details,” the professor stated that it was used as a “private work experience,” and that it was used as a laboratory expense. 2) In addition to the above amount, the Plaintiff stated that the details of the execution are considerably different from the facts reported by the professor’s statement, and that it was excessively exaggerated in terms of the management and operation of the AF scholarship. However, it is recognized that the AF researcher stated that it was an informant.
