Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant was granted a loan from the bank as collateral in order to pay the loan due to the failure to repay the loan, and the auction commenced, the Defendant paid the loan by subrogation and withdraw the auction. However, as the Defendant did not repay the amount of the subrogated payment by subrogation, there was conflict with B by applying for auction.
