1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. On October 12, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the Defendant lent KRW 100 million to the Defendant on November 12, 2012. Since the Defendant did not repay the above loan even after the due date, the Plaintiff sought payment of the principal of the loan and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of full payment.
