On November 3, 2010, the Plaintiff leased KRW 5,000,000 as of February 25, 201, and was not paid after the due date. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the damages for delay calculated at a rate of KRW 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of full payment.
