1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b)payment of 22,717,405 won and c.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 5,390,00 equivalent to the rent for seven months from August 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015 (i.e., KRW 770,00 per month x seven months). The Plaintiff also sought payment of the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 770,00 per month from December 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015, and sought payment of KRW 2,310,000 corresponding to the rent for three months from February 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. The part of the Plaintiff’s claim seeking payment of KRW 5,390,000 equivalent to the rent for five thousand from August 28, 2014 to February 28, 2015 is rejected.
