A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months and a fine of up to 600,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 경범죄처벌법위반(관공서주취소란) 피고인은 2015. 4. 29. 03:40경 성남시 중원구 금빛로 2번길 10에 있는 성남중원경찰서 형사과에서, 제1항 기재 행위로 현행범 체포되어 온 상황에서 “내가 여기 왜 들어가느냐.”며 소리를 크게 지르고, 이를 제지하는 경찰관 경장 E에게 주먹을 휘두르고, “야이, 씨발 새끼들아, 너네 나가면 다 죽여 버릴 거다.”, “병신 같은 새끼, 쪼다 같은 새끼들, 니들이 뭘 한다고 좇지랄을 떠냐.”라는 등 욕설하고 지속적으로 고성을 지르는 등 그 때로부터 06:40경까지 약 180분간 관공서인 경찰서에서 주취소란 행위를 하였다.

3.
