A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been engaged in the recycling business with the trade name of C, and D is a person who has served in the third floor E in the old city as a representative director of F corporation.

1. The Defendant, upon the D’s request that “F’s financial standing is at a discount of bills,” used the current number of shares and promissory notes issued in the name of F in the name of F where D was the representative director, at discount from G where the Defendant was aware of the fact that D had been the representative director, and was willing to forge the endorsement in the name of H’s “I” in the name of H operation, which is a sound distributor, even though the Defendant did not have any trade at all.

On September 1, 2008, the Defendant: (a) sealed H’s name on the back pages of “15,500,000 won” on the endorsement column of “I Company H” in the name of “F,” issued in the name of “F,” the date when D worked as representative director in the former C office of the Si/Gu, Si/Gu; and (b) signed and sealed H’s name on the back pages of “15,50,000 won” in the face value column of “15,50,000 won”, which is issued in the name of “B,” and affixed eight times from that date to October 30, 2008 as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the description on the rights and obligations of securities for the purpose of exercising them.

2. The Defendant at the same time as indicated in the above Paragraph 1 above requesting G to discount the per share sheet as above at a park adjacent to a door-to-door parking lot located in the 2-dong, Sin-si, Sin-si, the same as indicated in the above Paragraph 1 above, and as indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant issued a forged endorsement to G as if the number of shares per share sheet was duly prepared and delivered to G during a total of eight times from that time until October 30, 2008, the above endorsement was authentic.
