1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. 50,000 won where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2010, at around 3:45, the Defendant driven a BS7 car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.066% at a section of approximately 150 meters from the Do in front of 668-1, the Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, 68-1, to the road before the 154-8 large-scale gambling frequency.

Summary of Evidence

1. Police suspect interrogation protocol of the accused;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to reports on detection of drivers and circumstantial statements of drivers;

1. Relevant Article of the Act on Criminal Crimes and Articles 148-2 subparagraph 1 and 44 (1) of the former Road Traffic Act (amended by Act No. 10790, Jun. 8, 201);

2. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition for the reason under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act above.
