1. The Defendant’s KRW 240,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from November 16, 2018 to July 19, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company established for the purpose of real estate development consulting, etc., and the Defendant is a stock company engaged in real estate development business.

B. On September 2018, Busan Port Corporation: (a) offered a public bid to select a private business entity in a commercial and business district (D, E block) within the Busan Port (C) redevelopment project area; (b) around October 2018, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) under which the Plaintiff entered into a contract to provide services, such as the project plan, required for the bidding, with the aim of having the consortiums participating in the Defendant select as a successful bidder of the block land (successful bidder).

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for all matters necessary for the efficient performance of services entrusted by A to B by the Plaintiff 1 (Purpose).

(2) B shall faithfully perform the services specified in this contract so that A may be selected as a successful bidder at a public bid for supply of land E in the commercial and business district redevelopment project in Busan (C).

Article 3 (Service Performance) (1) B shall submit performance items to A by November 8, 2018 in accordance with this Agreement and the instructions of A.

Article 6 (Performance Items) (1) The performance items to be submitted to B shall be as follows by applying Article 21 of the Guidelines for Public Offering, mutatis mutandis:

1. Applications for participation and accompanying documents;

2. Business plan;

3. Other documentary evidence.

4. Summary, summary and painting;

5. Article 7 (Presentation and Acceptance of Results) (1) B shall submit to A the completed results by November 8, 2018.

(2) The performance of a contract shall be deemed completed at the time A acquires approval from the inspection of A and the performance of the contract is acquired by A.

Article 10 (Service Price and Time of Payment) (1) The service price pursuant to the preparation of the business plan shall be KRW 400,000,000.
