1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 62,154,283 as well as 20% per annum from July 10, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 24, 2013, towing sports Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “eud sports”) concluded an entrusted sales agreement with the Defendant on consignment (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following content.

(1) Article 2: A (e.g., e., e., the e.g., the e., the e.g., the e., the e.g., the e., the e.g. entity)

(2) Article 5: B must sell goods at the price determined by A.

B shall deposit the price for the goods sold from the goods supplied by Party A [The supply rate (the delivery price for Party A) agreed separately from the price for the goods sold to the consumer] into the bank account designated by Party A on every Saturday.

A may frequently examine the inventory of B's stores, and where the difference between the outstanding amount and the inventory amount occurs, B shall immediately pay it in cash.

(3) Article 8: B must return the goods designated by A pursuant to Party A's business policy after the termination of the City Pison (on Pison) or the period and place designated by Party A pursuant to Party A's business policy.

Return shall be deemed to have been transferred to A when it is confirmed that there is no difference in quantity or any defect after the return of the relevant goods is completed and submitted by A along with the list of goods prepared and submitted by A.

(4) Section 9: B must provide Party A with KRW 30,000,000 at the same time as the contract is entered into to guarantee all obligations arising in connection with the performance of this contract and this contract.
