1. Of the Plaintiff’s lawsuit against Defendant B, the attached appraisal map 1, 2, and 29m2 in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government indicated in paragraph (3) below is indicated.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 30, 1966, I completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to H large 29 square meters in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant land”).

On November 19, 1997, I died, and there is Defendant C, D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “Defendant C, etc.”) who is his child as his inheritor.

B. On June 15, 1971, the registration of preservation was completed on June 15, 1971 with respect to the building constructed on the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J 205 square meters (hereinafter “J land”) with respect to the ownership of the instant building, etc.

(B) The building of this case was owned by the second floor at the time of the preservation registration, but the building of this case was extended to the third floor, and the registration of alteration was completed on November 25, 1980. The building of this case and the land of J, the site of the building of this case, were sold to K on September 12, 197, to L on January 7, 1986, to M on June 15, 195, to N on October 31, 1995, to N on October 31, 1995, to P on February 6, 1996, to P on February 6, 199, and to P on February 13, 198, each buyer's ownership transfer registration was completed in the future.

On October 4, 1999, the Plaintiff has been occupying and using the instant building and site until now after obtaining a successful bid and completing the registration of ownership transfer.

On January 28, 1972, the preservation registration was completed on the buildings constructed over Q and H in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul.

On April 26, 2001, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to Q 69 square meters and Q and H ground buildings in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

C. The instant building on the possession status of the instant land is constructed above 19 square meters in the part of “A” connected in order to each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 10, 9, 8, and 1 among the instant land adjacent to J land and the land adjacent thereto, which is located on the part of “A” (hereinafter “the instant portion of land”).

The building owned by Defendant B and Q and H ground is constructed on the part of 2 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the attached Table 6, 7, 5, and 6 among the instant land adjacent to Q land and the instant land.

The judgment of Defendant B against Defendant B on April 21, 2009 against Defendant B on the instant land against I who died in this Court.
