1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. The Plaintiff, a company engaged in the business of supplying vessel goods, etc., has been engaged in the transaction of importing goods from the professional Denden (Freudenbberg Otile & Gas Techol Ltd. hereinafter “pronden”) located in the United Kingdom.
B. On June 28, 2017, the Plaintiff imported goods of an amount equivalent to 192,773 U.K. from the professional Denmark.
C. Around August 21, 2017, the person whose name was defective sent the following e-mail (hereinafter “instant e-mail”) to the Plaintiff, as if he were a professional Denmarker, by hackinging the e-mail account of professional Denden (e-mail).
We know that our raw materials company will be expected to use our accounts for payment.
Our general account has been known to be unable to use the account in excess of the tax exemption limit.
The details of the account shall be as follows:

D. On August 25, 2017, the Plaintiff prepared an application for registration of Internet-only remittance information with the content that he/she files an application for transfer of 192,773 tons in the name of professional Denmark bank account, and sent it by facsimile to Defendant National Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant National Bank”) along with the written confirmation of order.
(hereinafter “The first remittance request”). The employee of the Defendant National Bank informed the Plaintiff that the recipient’s account was not verifiable. However, in fact, there was no error in the recipient’s account information provided by the Plaintiff to the Defendant National Bank at the time of the first remittance request, and the employee of the Defendant National Bank did not erroneously enter the recipient’s account information and thus did not transfer the information.
The employee in charge of the plaintiff shall confirm the e-mail and gather the fact that the e-mail account of the professional Denden is hacking.
