A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased a game room in the name of the Defendant under the name of the “D Game Center President”, which is referred to as the “D Game Center President,” which was operated by Gangseo-si C and 1st floor, and “E” is the actual business owner of the said game room.
