Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM5 car.

On September 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at around 05:50, and driven the front road D in Daegu Northern-gu C, Daegu, into one-lane between the four-lanes in the direction of the Taebridge.

In this case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side and to accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent accidents.
