Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 300,000 won as a fine for larceny. On February 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months with prison labor for larceny in Suwon District Court’s branch, and on May 14, 2015, on April 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a one-year imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul East East District Court’s Seoul East District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 12, 2016. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 3 million won as a fine for larceny at the Gwangju District Court’s Seoul Western District Court’s branch on March 27, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 3, 2019.

On December 7, 2019, at around 03:58, the Defendant discovered the fact that the first door of the victim was not unlocked, opened a door and opened a door, and stolen the cash owned by the victim.

In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables worth 5,342,50 won in total from the above date and time to January 11, 2020 through 17 times from the above date and time to January 28, 2020.
