【Criminal Facts】

1. Around July 21, 2014, the Defendant habitually committed a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and around July 21:38, 2014, discovered the gallon II passenger cars owned by the victim D and parked in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, with no locking door. Around July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a gallon door and opened a string door into the string door; and (b) cut off the above 7 million won car by driving a vehicle with the key on the string seat.

2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.155% in blood alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license for the temporary border as stated in the preceding paragraph, and the Defendant was driving a bus at a section of about 90km from the street stated in the preceding port to the point of Busan 325.4km in the direction of Busan.
