A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant came to know about the victim C(n, 24 years of age) and around 2015, and became aware of it.

On July 6, 2017, the Defendant donated flowers to the victim on or around July 6, 2017.
