Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2017, the Defendant purchased a camping malker type (sculate) macker type on the Internet site called D around December 6, 2017, and installed within the residence (tels) of the victim E located in Busan Shipping Daegu (hereinafter omitted) in order to take pictures of the victim’s body and privacy in video.

1. In order to find out the entrance password by means of installing a brush in front of the entrance of the victim’s residence, the Defendant used the 1st floor entrance door number of the instant officetel, which was known in the course of opening an officetel around 15:00 on January 10, 2018, and intrudes into the front corridor of the victim’s residence. From around that time to January 30, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the building five times as described in attached Table 1, 1, 2, 8, 9, and 10, and intruded into the building with the victim’s outer corridor installed at the victim’s residence from January 15, 2018 to February 16, 2018.

2. On January 16, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s house in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1) around 15:00, on January 16, 2018, the Defendant took pictures using the body of the victim against the victim’s body body against the victim’s intent, taking pictures of the victim’s body, such as her lab, etc. during the process of opening the clothes installed inside his/her residence, and taking the body of the victim’s body, such as her lab, etc., in a telecomcing the front part of the clothes installed inside his/her residence. From around that time to February 16:00 of 2018, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body against the victim’s intent.
