1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,679,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs a construction business in the name of “C”, and the Defendant is a company that runs a food franchise restaurant business, etc.

On November 4, 2015, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with the Defendant for KRW 102,30,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) from November 5, 2015 to December 2, 2015 with the construction cost of KRW 55,759,00 for the Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon, the construction period of KRW 40,00 for E (hereinafter referred to as “instant 1”) located in 201, and completed the additional construction work of KRW 18,920,00 for each of the contracted construction and the instant construction work.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total of KRW 121,220,000 for the construction cost of KRW 102,30,00 for additional construction cost of KRW 18,920,00 for additional construction cost of KRW 18,920,00 for the plaintiff, and the total of KRW 176,979,000 for the construction cost of KRW 2 of KRW 176,979,00 for the person who paid the plaintiff the payment of KRW 86,30,00 for the remainder of KRW 85,00 for the construction cost of KRW 80,679,00 for the substitute payment of KRW 1,300 for the payment of KRW 85,00 for the construction cost of KRW 85,00 for the construction cost of KRW 300,00 for the payment of KRW 1,300 for the payment of the payment order of this case.

3. Judgment on the defendant's assertion

A.
