On February 26, 2016, the Defendant is a driver, and around 3 KK was operated as the above vehicle from the front day of the large-scale distance in the south-gu, Nam-gu, Busan to the front day of convenience store without obtaining a driver's license at around 22:00 on February 26, 2016.
