Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of FP Article 308SW car. On August 11, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain the driver's license at around 11:40, and operated the above car at 4km from before the Defendant's residence in the Busan Suwon-gu, to the 49km square located in the Namcheon-dong, Busan-dong.
