1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant Association is an urban development project association established to promote an urban development project pursuant to the Urban Development Act in the land of approximately 132,379.70 square meters in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul High Court (hereinafter “instant project site”).
