A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is CA kindergarten infant care teacher in B at all times, and the victim victim D (five years of age), victim E (five years of age), victim F (five years of age), victim G (five years of age), victim H (five years of age), and victim H (5 years of age) are students of the above kindergarten I in charge of the defendant.

On November 26, 2018, at around 12:44, the Defendant: (a) closed the entrance of the classroom; (b) opened the entrance of the classroom; (c) opened the entrance door to prevent the victim from entering the classroom; and (d) opened the entrance door to open the door; (d) opened the door to open the door to the outside of the classroom; and (e) opened the entrance to close the entrance by hand; and (e) opened the entrance to close the door; and (e) opened the victim E and the head part of the victim E on the ground that the victim E were able to do so, one time at the right right edge; and (e) taken one time at the right edge of the victim E, one time at the right edge of the victim E, and thereafter considered the victim’s left part.

As a result, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victim D, and committed physical abuse that may harm the physical health and development of the victim E, who is a child, from that time to December 10, 2018, and committed emotional abuse and physical abuse to the victims, who are children, at least seven times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
