A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 27, 2013, around 17:00 to 18:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.2g 2g of psychotropic drugs from D, and traded narcotics, etc. in front of the Jeju Bank of Yong-gu, Busan, and then sold them.

2. On June 27, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant administered narcotics, etc. by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as indicated in subparagraphs 802 and 1, into a single-use injection machine, and mixing them with water, in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.

3. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant administered narcotics, etc. in the same manner as that provided in paragraph (2), around 14:00 to 15:00.

4. On September 18, 2013, around 15:00 to 16:00 on September 18, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.2g of opon from D to 200,000, and traded narcotics, etc.

5. On September 18, 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:0, administered narcotics by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as stated in paragraphs (2) through 802 and (4), into a single-use injection machine, and mixing them with water, and then administering narcotics in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms.

6. On September 19, 2013, the Defendant administered narcotics, etc. in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (5), at around 15:00 to 16:00.

7. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant purchased a penphone and consulted to administer it with G and H. After purchasing KRW 0.3g of 200,000 from I before the “F” telephones, and distributed it to the guest room in the front room in the Mophones, and 0.1g of 0.1g, the Defendant collected 0.1g of phiphones into each part of the Mophones and injected it with water into his arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold and administered narcotics in collusion with G and H.
