1. On March 10, 2014, around 18:00, Defendant A administered narcotics, etc. by inserting approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs into a single-use injection machine and mixing them with water at the 'F' 'F' 'F' 'F' rooftop which is the Defendant's residence located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and then inserting them into a single-use injection machine.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones to I in front of the H restaurant located in Busan Gu G on February 2, 2014 and received narcotics.

B. On March 9, 2014, around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) set up a LM5 car in front of the “K” coffee shop in Busan J; (b) laid approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones into a disposable injection machine; and (c) administered narcotics, etc. by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones into a disposable injection machine; and (d) mixing them with water, and administered narcotics, etc. in a way of injecting it.

C. On March 9, 2014, around 06:00, the Defendant set up and set up the said car in front of the “N” tele-gu M in Busan, Busan, and the same extent.

The narcotics were administered in the same manner as described in paragraph (d).

On March 10, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant set up and set up the said car in front of the “National Medical Insurance Corporation,” located in the Seosan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, and thereafter set up it.
