A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court on October 28, 201, and a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine in the same court on October 21, 2016, respectively.

On December 12, 2016, around 05:30 on December 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a F U-Adi vehicle without a driver’s license in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.15% from a 3km section from the front line of the trade in the parallel of the Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the front road of the same Gu.

2. The Defendant was asked to submit a driver’s license certificate on the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, a police officer assigned to the Gangnam Police Station G G of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was under drinking control on the road in front of the day set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant did not display the official document by citing the driver's license under the name of the Seoul Regional Police Agency(J: J), which is a official document held by the defendant, as if the defendant was the driver's license of the defendant.

3. The Defendant, on the grounds of the foregoing paragraph 1.1.2, at the time of receiving a demand for a measurement of drinking alcohol from a slopeH on the ground that he/she would be subject to punishment due to drinking driving and non-licensed driving, the Defendant signed the instant “I” sign the driver indication column of the driver indication column of the vehicle driver statement prepared by a slope H on December 12, 201, stating the “L” as the test color pen, and signed the written driver indication column of the vehicle driver statement prepared by a slope H on the part of the Defendant. In other words, the Defendant, at the transportation station in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station and the office of the Seoul Southern Police Station, signed the instant “L” with the background leading up to the police officer’s questioning and signed the written driver indication column of the vehicle driver statement in order to exercise his/her signature by entering the “L” in the column of the person’s statement at the end of the suspect interrogation protocol.
