A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:45 on July 15, 2014, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol content of about 7km from a section of about 0.158% in the direction of 7km to the front road of Gangseo-gu Office located in Seocheon-dong, Busan, Seocheon-gu, Busan.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing siren;

On July 15, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 07:45% of blood alcohol concentration, driven the above marcing vehicle, and driven a four-lane road in front of the Gangseo-gu Office located in the 1-dong Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-do, along three-lanes toward the designated intersection, at a speed of about 40km from the intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant is unable to drive normally due to the above influence of drinking.
