(1) The grounds for appeal by the Plaintiff are as follows: (a) although the Plaintiff did not consent to the establishment of conciliation in the first instance court as to the instant case, the conciliation protocol prepared by the first instance court is deemed to have been completed, and is not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court. As a result of examining the legitimacy of the judgment in the first instance court by comparing the records in this case, the fact-finding and determination in the first instance court are deemed to be justifiable, and there is no error as alleged by the Plaintiff in the grounds for appeal).
