Reasons
1. The ground for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument of the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justified even if the evidence submitted by the court of first instance was presented to this court.
Therefore, this court's judgment is based on the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The decision of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
