1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff operates a kitchen with the trade name of “C”, and the Defendant is running a kitchen and retail business with the trade name of “D”.

B. From around 2007, the Plaintiff purchased kitchen households, such as strings, from the Defendant. Of the total amount of goods, part of the total amount of the goods left as the outstanding amount.

C. On March 201, the Plaintiff issued to the Defendant a letter of delegation for the preparation of authentic deeds and two copies of the certificate of seal impression in which the name and address are written in the column of delegating person upon request of F, who is an employee of the Defendant.

On March 3, 2011, each notarial deed was drawn up on the commission of the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s agent, as follows:
