A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) removed and stolen the DCA 1110 registration number plate of a two-wheeled vehicle owned by a victim, who was parked in the Raber, which was prepared in advance in the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, from among the police officers; and (b) took place. (c) On May 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, which was removed from the place indicated in paragraph (1) at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the said Article, and attached DDA 124C two-wheeled vehicle (number E) purchased by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used the number plate of air hosp in an illegal way for the purpose of exercising.

3. No motor vehicle shall be operated on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of illegal use marks and events, and in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation;

Nevertheless, from May 2017 to July 16, 2017, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile of DDAT 124cc, which attached D number plates, from Japan in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

In this respect, the defendant exercised an illegal air defense, and operated a two-wheeled automobile not covered by mandatory insurance.

4. Around 14:50 on July 16, 2017, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled vehicle with DDATRT 124cc and 24c and two-wheel vehicles with D number plates attached, as described in paragraph (2), without obtaining a motor device license from the sub-section of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Songcheon-dong) to the 15km-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul Cheongcheon-ro, 400.
