A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the team leader of the C&D sub-project E in Seocho-gu, Seowon-si, Seowon-si, and the victim F (name, leisure, age 25) is the employee working in E.

”라는 말을 듣게 되자, 피해자에게 “그럼 잘 생각해 봐”라고 말하며 갑자기 피해자를 껴안아 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다. 3. 피고인은 2018. 12. 11. 00:30경부터 같은 날 7:00경 사이 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자에게 “ 형님이랑 썸 타냐. 먹을 것 사주면 되냐. 그럼 나랑 만날거냐 ”라고 말한 후 작업장으로 돌아가는 피해자를 따라 가다가 갑자기 뒤에서 피해자를 껴안은 후 손으로 피해자의 엉덩이를 쳐 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다. 4. 피고인은 2018. 12. 14. 00:30경부터 같은 날 07:00경 사이 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자에게 “나 안아줘”라고 말하고 이에 피해자가 “왓 ”이라고 말하자, 다시 피해자에게 “안아줘!"라고 말하며 갑자기 피해자의 손목을 잡고 그 곳에 주차된 트럭 옆으로 데리고 가 두 팔로 피해자를 안아 강제로 추행하였다.
